What is needed when picking up/ clearing a package?

A valid government issued ID must be presented for the collection of a package.
All packages must have the name (consignee) that matches the name on the government issued ID.

Packages must be collected starting with the oldest invoiced item first.

Yes, Third party pickup is supported but the consignee must alert the company of the name of the party that will be picking up on their behalf and the party must take along a valid government issued ID and a copy of the invoice for the item(s) he/she will be picking up.

After you sign up for a new account, the system will determine your box number and generate a shipping address for you

As soon as your registration completed, a mailbox number will be assigned to you. You will then use this mailbox number with your name and our address as the shipping address.

Once a package arrives we will see your name and mailbox number on it. We will notify you by email and you will see the package on your account.

We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, All Debit Card and Credit Card.
