What is needed when picking up or collecting a package?
A valid government ID must be presented for the collection of a package. All packages must have the name (consignee) that matches the name on the government issued ID.
Can I choose which items I want to collect?
Packages must be collected starting with the oldest invoiced item first.
Can I have someone pick up my package?
Yes, third party pickup is supported but the consignee must alert the company of the name of the party that will be picking up on their behalf and the party must take along a valid government issued ID and a copy of the invoice for the item(s) he/she will be picking up.
How do I receive my USA address?
After signing up for a new account, the system will determine your box number and generate a shipping address for you.
How will Wright Link Courier/ILS Courier know the package is mine?
As soon as your registration is completed, a mailbox number will be assigned to you. You will then use this mailbox number with your name and our address as the shipping address. Once a package arrives, we will see your name and mailbox number on it. We will notify you by email and you will then see the package details on your account.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept Cash, Bank Transfers, All Debit and Credit Cards.

When do I pay for delivery?
Delivery fees within Kingston may be paid upon delivery with either cash or card. Deliveries outside of Kingston must be paid prior to delivery.

You can call or text our Whatsapp number or send us an email with the location and time you would like your package to be delivered.
When will I be charged duty?
Duty is charged by Jamaica Customs Agency on items that cost over US$100.
Should I notify Wright Link Courier/ILS Courier of any incoming packages?
You do not have to notify us of any incoming packages. We will notify you by email as soon as we receive a package.
Is there a weight limit or restriction on any item?
At Wright Link Courier/ILS Courier, there are no restrictions on size or weight, so you do not have to worry. We will ship almost anything, however there may be specific import regulations which may prevent importation of certain items. Some items may also require a government issued permit.
